Working with a 6" round traditional, rich fruit Christmas cake*, you will learn how to cover your cake with marzipan and smooth fondant icing before making a holly wreath design to decorate.
* a ready-made (baked by me) Christmas cake is provided for this class - no baking is involved.
Everything you need to complete the class, including a box for transport, is provided.
Please bring an apron and a packed lunch.
Tea, coffee, biscuits and cake provided.
