Fresh baked sponge cake consisting of three layers of sponge cake and two layers of fillings in a choice of:
 
* Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and sprinkles
* Carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting
* Coffee & Walnut cake with coffee buttercream
* Lemon cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream
* Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam & sprinkles
