Christmas Treats and Gifts

 

Our traditional rich fruit Christmas Puddings and Cakes are all made with vine fruits that have been steeped in orange liqueur and brandy and then mixed and baked in small batches before being decorated and wrapped ready for you to enjoy at Christmas. 

 

Our Christmas puddings are already steamed, leaving you to re-heat and serve easily.  Available in three sizes – Small 1-2 portions, Medium 4-6 portions and Large 8-10 portions.   

 

Our Christmas cakes are made with either a fondant icing and decoration or a glacé orange and walnut topping.  Available in Mini 1-2 portions or Large 8-10 portion.

 

Our Gingerbread Houses are constructed from traditional gingerbread with royal icing and are filled with a mixture of candy and marshmallows. 

 

Our Chocolate Orange Rudolph cake is a great alternative to traditional Christmas cake and is made up of layered orange sponge, filled with a mix of Belgian chocolate orange ganache and Belgian chocolate buttercream before being decorated in chocolate fondant, buttercream swirls, chocolate antler, fondant ears and a red fondant nose.
